Sales Representative (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining customer relationships within a defined customer portfolio
- Operational sales management, including handling inquiries from prospective and existing customers
- Preparing and following up on offers
- Conducting technical clarifications in collaboration with internal departments
- Supporting the initiation and supervision of sales and development projects
- Processing complaints and ensuring prompt issue resolution
- External communication and coordination with customers
- Monitoring market and customer developments to identify optimization opportunities
Your Profile
- Completed technical or commercial training, ideally related to drive technology or a similar industry
- Initial professional experience in technical sales or a comparable position
- Strong technical understanding, preferably in the field of BLDC motors or similar products
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with customers
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented work approach
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel (depending on customer requirements)
