Vocational Training Manager (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Leading and organizing vocational training programs for industrial and machining technicians
- Developing and refining in-company training plans in accordance with training regulations
- Designing and implementing training programs both methodically and professionally
- Reviewing and assessing training records and learning progress
- Supporting apprentices with learning difficulties
- Teaching fundamental mechanical skills, including material processing and manual craftsmanship
- Providing instruction in current professional knowledge and skills
- Planning and conducting further training programs
- Preparing apprentices for final exams
- Supporting recruiting activities, such as career fairs and informational events
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training with trainer certification (AEVO or equivalent)
- Experience in mentoring and training young professionals
- Strong pedagogical skills and enthusiasm for developing young talent
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Openness to new learning methods and technological advancements
